I'm sure this isn't a FB issue per se, but I can't find anyone reporting anything that looks similar... If I use FB via Chrome on the Surface 3, when I click on a photo and then click the double arrow in the corner to go full-screen, half the maximised image is off to the right of the screen...

Can you elaborate on this a little @narse77? It's a bit bloody irritating: I'd be surprised if the security policy requires that the device sleeps after `15 minutes, only that it goes to Lock Screen (which would be fine, Spotify will still run behind it).

I'm using the Spotify desktop app. But that's not really the point - I might be able to wrok around it with a different choice of client, but the real issue is: Why doesn't the S3 acknowledge what's set in the power / sleep settings?

Just using the BBC iPlayer app and the downloader that it prompts you to install. Have tried it on a couple of HD sources - this one for example: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p02nb70t/peter-kays-car-share-episode-5 (not a fan, it was just short to test) You need to listen for a minute...

As per the title - I get little pops and crackles on HD downloads from iPlayer - but not from other HD sources (Sky Go, Netflix etc). This seems almost certainly a codec issue - but I haven't seen anyone else mention it (yet). Am I alone?

I downloaded a film from the movies app earlier to try that out - and the audio is fine on that too. So, suggests that there is some commonality to audio delivery in BBC iPlayer and HBOGO that the S3 doesn't handle well...

Mind you, I'm beginning to conclude this is a 'new device so iPlayer won't work properly' problem, since that's been my experience in the past with iOS and Android... Netflix HD streams are fine, as are Sky Go downloads...

I seem to have the same issue - particularly on BBC iPlayer downloads, little pops and drops in the audio. The S3 - which I otherwise love - is up to date. Anyone else getting this? Bit of a deal breaker for me, I want to use it to catch up on TV on the commuter train...
