Maybe put all ports on one side like the S3. Type cover has a strong back/reverse latch perhaps magnet + physical snap/latch so it becomes closer to the more traditional 2-in-1s (no "flapping/saggy/dangling" keyboard) and don't have to remove keyboard.

Found it. You have to install the HD Intel Drivers to gain access to Intel Grahpics Options and it does have the option to do what I said. Doesn't seem to help much with the Pen accuracy tho.

Can I shrink the display to compensate for Pen edge problems? e.g. Run 1600 x 900, 100% scaling, black bars on top and bottom, 1:1 pixel ratio, no distortion/upscaling/interpolation, proper scaling; circles are circles. So it may be easier to understand, please take a look at this image...

Does the SP2 now allow 3 Snapped Windows? I read a thread posted long ago that it only allowed 2.

Pretty sure S3 (Atom) is quite weaker than SP2 (i5). You'll probably still have to lug that Sager if you need more power on the go (SP2 and above power).

Doesn't the S3 have better 3rd party acc. support by default due to mini DP, micro USB and full size USB specially compared to iPads?

Mixed reception of the mass due to how MS advertises, I guess. Maybe the Type-Cover should have less screen-time, emphasize more on (cheaper) KB alternatives. and more Pen time.
