Hi, iam also not happy with the battery life. I turned my Surface 4 Pro with i5 and 512GB SSD on, and it is now running apprx 30 minutes. I lost 17% prcet of battery with doing this: Checking Email with Outlook 2016 -> connected to Hosted Exchange. Running Kayako App for checking my daily work...

Backlight is only going on if you type on the leyboard.

Dell offers such tool for their laptops. But didn´t found anything as a third-party tool yet. Hope some can help out here.

Hi yes backlight is only going on if you press on keyboard. Not all the time. So if the room is dark and read something on the screen, it will dim it too fast. So you didnt see anything on it. so i want the situation that keyboard light is always on when screen is on.

Hi how i can get this situation? I want that my Keyboard backlight is permantly on if screen is on. Also it must off if there is enough area light that no backlight is needed. May Macbook is working on that way. Thanks for help.

Hi iam not happy about this function. Sitting outside or in a bright room, screen brightness is not adjusting to full backlight . But it is configured with auto-brightness in settings. I have always to adjust manually it. Is there another trick or software to correct this? thanks

Hello can some explain me attached battery report? I ran it because iam experience more battery drain as normal. Not sure , but i cannot reach battery life of more as 5 hours with normal usage. Can some help me out here? thanks

Hi i had several wake up issues when my sp3 is connected in my dock. Screen stands black, keyboard will light up, and nothing happens with my sp3. My device is up2date. is this known or how to fix that? thanks
