The adapter doesn't even show in Device Manager. Looks like I might have to take it back to the store for more support. Thanks for responding.

Can someone point me to the wireless adapter drivers for Windows 8 Pro on Surface Pro 3? Windows is unable to detect adapter after reinstall. I have tried installing drivers from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 but no luck.
