i was using my surface 4 last night and this morning it was out of battery so I plugged it in and now it just has black screen saying surface. I tried resetting. Any other ideas?
I just got a surface pro 3 and I'm having an issue with iTunes. When I go into the apps under purchased apps in iTunes, I get the error message that iTunes has stopped working. Any ideas?
