did they add the snap feature to the newest version of windows 10 preview? Basically i want to know if it supports vertical split screen... like this:

does windows 10 support portrait mode with the snap feature? For example while viewing in portrait mode have internet explorer open watching a youtube or twitch video snapped to the bottom and have another instance of internet explorer snapped to the top to browse the internet?

Is this WiFi an issue with all surface pro 3 devices or does the surface pro 3 have different model revisions and only some models have the problem?
