I also have Kaspersky IS in the 2015 version running under windows 8.1 and didn't have any problems installing the update, it booted 2 times so I think I got it installed.

Is the firmware also gonna be available for windows 8.1? Since the last months firmware was only available for windows 10 surfaces but not windows 8.1.

Thanks. But I already restored everything. I would like to avoid this, as I just finished updating and installing most of my programs and settings. Also my surface runs smooth, is fast and I don't have any other problems, except the blue colored context menu.

I downloaded the Surface pro 3 January zip, but it seems the video card driver is the newest. The driver number 10.18.4029 is the same as my installed driver from November 2014. What did I do wrong?

My Video Card Driver is also form 18.11.2014. I tried to update the driver trough the device manager, but it says it's already up to date? I got the system firmware update from January in the last few weeks 4 or 5 times. But it's only a few MB big 1-5 ish.
