I've had flash disabled in Edge since day 1 fwiw. Will try insider builds to see if they make a difference - imagine you are spot on with TH2 improvements.

That's my experience as well - although way more miss than hit :) I've also tried with and without a custom hosts file, doesn't seem to make much difference. Sometimes it will spike to 20-30% CPU for a few seconds then come down to 4,3,2% CPU utilisation. Sometimes, it will drop to 1 or 0%...

MS has dropped the ball here. A Windows 10 recovery image for the thousands of existing SP3's sold with 8.1 should have been available at launch. Given the nightmarish stories of upgrades, resets and reinstalls permeating this and other forums, I hope they release it soon.

Agree 100%. New mail app is functionally a regression. Same for it's sibling the calendar app. Perhaps MS will release a Sunrise app for win10 now that they own it. That would be superb.

Just upgraded to Win 10 (final) and applied the June (& July?) firmware update at the same time. Bam. A single white flash when unlocking the device. (eg button press, or trackpad click).

Found the same problem. New MUI onenote preview not having brush thinkness options is stupefying. Tried changing default - no luck.
