    I'd say classic microsoft. Closed the lid on my surface laptop 3 and unplugged it with 94% battery. Next day it only had 45%. Any ideas?

    Me and my wife each have our own SP4 device. Both i5, one 256 other 128GB. I don't get any battery drain whatsoever (256GB) and she gets bout 15% in 24h which is crazy. I tried everything, but nothing seems to work. Both devices are over two years old.

    Pen for surface 3 has two different batteries. One is for writing (AAAA batery) and the other is for bluetooth (cell battery). Did you change both?

    That is true, but one would expect that they would fix their one of their more important products first. I'm using Office 365.

    Solved VPN problems

    I did an "upgrade" from bootable USB stick made from official win 10 ISO. Now the issue seems to be gone and VPN is working again.
