    I've tried that already and I didn't help. The only way is to boot up then dock. Driving me nuts.

    Check the firewall settings and all apps are allowed to pass my firewall...

    No i haven't uninstalled the apps. It started this morning. The last changes were from windows updates. Audio for the docking station and a update for win defender.

    When docked I couldn't hear any sound from the surface. The update fixed the issue.

    All, Not sure if that was bought up before but there is an update to fix the audio of the Docking Station.
