I would think it would work...I haven't really tried to move a VM over yet (I used Workstation 10 MS) But if you have enough RAM to support it ...I say go for it ...I have the i5 with 4GB so I'm kinda nervous and I think I'd feel safer with a 8GB or more Surface

The big question is ..does it work with the xbox one or 360 controller

I'm love my SP3...I kinda consider myself as a power user (I do enterprise virtual environments and disaster recovery for 100's of fortune 500 companies) and where I find where the SP3 lacks (which isn't much) is made up with RDP to a VM with the power I need

This is a excellent post!...I've bookmarked it for when I start classes later this year. I'm leaning towards buying a Surface 2 for my little sister who's in school now..Oh and OneNote is THE BEST...I used it for work and home and it is THE Standard :)

I just checked and there was indeed a firmware update available. All done...is there a changelog somewhere?

I got mine two weeks ago!...I loved it so much I brought a 2nd one for my Mother (She's a traveling Social Worker) and she uses it 24-7....Her iPad is now collecting dust ...this is my first Surface and I love this thing!
