My mate just bought a suface pro and is having trouble getting it to boot up. When he turns it on it says "Preparing Automatic Repair", then goes to a blue screen and then repeats the process. What's going on here and what does he need to do to rectify this?

I've tried at work off the business wi-fi. I've tried at the apartment using the building's wi-fi. Same result both places.

Hi Guys, Just got a SP2. Wish I hadn't :( Having all sorts of problems loading some programs :- Google Chrome, Google Earth, Foxtel Go to name a few. The Google programs tell me they can't connect to the internet - the Firewall is blocking them. "Whitelisting" the programs and even...
