I tried multiple ways to to a factory reset. volume down with power buton etc.. but that doesn't works. Is there a another way to do it ? PS : No cover keyboard. Tablet only :S

Recently got a Surface RT 64 Gig used. Already tested it plugged for a long time, no result. The light on the charger is lit... Hard reset, no success.... Could it be that the battery need to be changed, or something else ??? Thank everyone.

Hi , Also, there are some tools that provides battery information. The utility powercfg.exe is one. Run it in a command line session with some switches like : POWERCFG /BATTERYREPORT /OUTPUT "batteryreport.html" or the switch /enerfgy also. (If you already have the tablet of course ).
