I am having problems connecting remotely to my work access (NHSBT). I can log on remotely but when I try to click on to 'My Windows Desktop' (i.e. to connect to site and open Outlook) I get a message asking me to download ica.org. this I do but it won't run or open.
Hi, I can't access the cloud player from Amazon thru my Surface (although fine on my laptop). Tablet just says 'not available'. Any tips please?
