Did you the Sfc /scannow and mrt.exe? Used cleanmanager to wipe your trash, temp etc?

Sfc /scannow, mrt.exe. You have a corrupted windows installation or crapware. Otherwise a factoryreset. Don't blame Your Surface, blame yourself ;-)

You'll have to use another pc to search and download the file I mentioned, maybe form the neighbour? After unpacking the zip, do install the wifi driver ;)

Because of all connectivity issues I decided to go back to the latest driver which didn't cause problems. Search for the driver package of december 2014 (SurfacePro3_150519.zip), do install de wifidriver and all your problems are gone, stable connection at 5 GHz also ;)

Sfc scans all your files. With scannow it will repair the ones corrupted. I've updated 14 machines, 11 had corrupted files and problems after update. After running sfc, everything works well

Sfc /scannow. Then reboot and turn of flight mode. That will do the trick

After 4 days my battery lasts 5 hour in stead of 9. I only once heard the fan in over a ywar. After update everything graphical like video or photo's triggers the fan. I'm not the only one it seems

I had the same problem. It was caused by faulty drivers installed by plugin a cheapass usbhub. After removing all usb drivers and adding the stock drivers from MS, the problem had gone. Until I pluged in another cheapass usb hub. Did the same and all is solved. Now only using A grade usb hubs...

What does eventviewer tell you? And these symptoms can be caused by faulty antivirus sollutions which use proxies etc

Did you ever cleared the browsercache? Did you try both MUI and Desktopversion of IE? Are company policies used? Did you check your DNS settings (do they use Opendns with filtering eg?) A lot of questions......
