I try to use sound recorder app that comes with 8.1, but it can't record when I use other apps or when I turn off the screen. Are there any sound recorder app that can record in background?

Windows 8.1 support run many apps at the same time. I saw they run 5 apps at the same time but I try with my Surface RT it can run only 2 apps. Why it can't run many apps? due to screen resolution?

I can't see Previous Windows installation(s) on my Surface RT.

from Agents of SHIELD. I'm not sure is it Surface or not. They cover the windows button.

I chose "refresh your PC without affecting your files" from update and recovery.

I think this problem occurred by updating patch 14/10/14 I have to recover to get touch cover work again.

After I upgrade to 8.1 RTM on my Surface RT. I have the same problem too. I just close the cover to let Surface sleep or press the sleep button sometimes it can't wake up but I still hear the sound from the Surface and it still vibrate when I press Windows button. So I have to turn it off and...

Does anyone suffer from draining battery life so fast? I leave my Surface and do nothing for 12 hours the battery reduce from 70% to 37% and I can't turn on the screen with the power button but the system is still running I can hear the sound. I have to turn it off and open again.

So, The leak image contains only English. I have to wait to the language pack comes out, Right?

Can I add other languages to 8.1 RTM?

I just bought Surface RT today. There are about 60 update patches and the update process took a long time to finish. Compare to iOS it just has a few update e.g. iOS 6, 6.0.1 6.1 not so many patches like Windows. So I wonder why Windows has so many update patches.
