so I tried using xbox video, but I can't get it to download videos. it won't download either free videos or videos I've purchased. any ideas? trying this on SP3... it does allow me to stream, but that won't work for my flight this weekend. thanks!

is there a way to make opening the type cover also turn on the device? mine does the same as described here, opening the cover lights the keyboard, but requires a push of the power button to turn on.

a couple times in the past few weeks, my SP3 also will not turn on. I've tried everything suggested, to no avail. eventually, after waiting 10-15 min. it turns on without any issues. any ideas?

its sad when my wife's 3 year old computer connects to wifi after sleep each and every time, and has better wifi range than my new ish SP3. for the record, my old sony vaio tap 11 had wifi range and sleep issues similar to this SP3. not totally happy.

Considering purchasing the Surface RT for the weight savings over the Pro. I would like to access my hopsital's patient info via EPIC? Has anyone done this? Is there an app? I know there is a Citrix App. Any experience with it? It crashed on me when using in the store. Thanks!
