I decided to try one time to exchange mine at BestBuy and I'm glad I did. Got the one without a Samsung drive and now my write speeds were at 305. Much better. I could tell the difference as soon as I turned the computer on and it started the setup.

If you understand at all what they are saying is that this is common between all SSDs. Higher capacity SSDs will have better write times than lower capacity regardless of the brand. It doesn't matter the price you paid for the computer.

Test got slightly better after rebooting.

I also tried that CrystalDiskMark test and got about 105 on write speeds. I don't think those tests are accurate.
