I was just poking around in Device Manager and noticed a few new HW sensor types and driver updates (TPM V2.0 driver version is now 10.0.10041.0). Looks like the underpinnings for Windows Hello are in there, although the driver date for the TPM driver is suspect.

I had some weirdness after doing the powershell fix and installing calendar/mail/people. It got stuck in a loop of "Setting things up/installing your apps" then back to "Hi" and eventually would complain of a bad or missing handle. A hard shutdown and reboot seems to have fixed it.

The charm bar settings is available on most W10 apps in the "hamburger" menu in the title bar. It is there on the Cortana window.

Thanks Jeff, that did the trick for me although I only had 3 of the 4 updates re-install (and then the December update as a 4th).

It says it fixes the Explorer crashes that have been occurring. I have definitely seen them, so I'm applying it now and we'll see how it goes.

@leeshor: Agreed. Drive firmware should take care of this and the user should never have to "refresh" the data of any type of storage device (with maybe the exception of 100 year tape archives).
