It is most likely your pagefile.sys. Don't try to shrink it. Just try to free up some space in your Surface. Remove unneeded stuff, move stuff to OneDrive etc

I don't think an i9 option exists for the the surface pro. Main difference between 7 on one hand and 8/9 on the other is the screen. I would recommend checking some YouTube videos in which all versions get reviewed. Those have all been made over the years

And just like that.... today an entire day without BSOD!

I am however somewhat hesitant towards removing all partitions... Sometimes the machine continues to work for hours and hours without any issues :(
