I'd recommend JRiver Media Center or ZoomPlayer, both are skinnable. They both have 'skin' libraries which you can browse and see if either has the size buttons you're looking for. I'd guess ZoomPlayer might be more in line with what you're looking for. Both have been around for quite a while...

More telling would be how 'sold-out' translates into numbers. Microsoft typically un-couples that from their pre-launch product sales announcements. It'd probably be best to hold off on those 'sold-out' press releases until they're comfortable including number of units purchased by consumers.

U Unfortunately representative of Windows mobility devices in general -- whether or not they can be updated for a fair amount of time going forward. If anything, shouldn't be part of the user-experience for Microsoft hardware that wasn't purchased all that long ago.
