How so...? I thought it was just a matter of having the proper codecs installed, which the player install does if not included with the native OS codecs. Does Daum use some special codecs that the others don't? Have the open-source codecs changed, and Daum is the only one that has them? If...

No one can know for sure -- first, it would have to happen. As fun as you may find the speculation-game, in this instance I think you're playing against yourself ;)

Then that leaves the current users of the platform as the potential customers base, a non-event for the single digit global market share :(

Then it would appeal to the few that already use Windows phone's, or those who could figure out how to hack through those 'appropriate' limitations.

Even then, most of those purchases would likely be for the SIM card, which would wind up in an Android or Apple device...

It'll be interesting to see what happens, they're not too far from the 10 year mark, with luck their global market share could celebrate by graduating from single digit... Maybe they'll bring the dancers back to mark the occasion :oops:

They allowed Windows Mobile/PocketPC represent their best effort for far too long while the mobility market catapulted on by. Clown mascots ushered in the launch of Windows Phone 7 which failed to catch the interest of consumers. Ever since, there's always going to be something 'coming-soon'...

They rarely pre-announce driver updates, especially for a model that isn't the latest one. You may see an occasional update, but since it's the 3 and not the 4, it won't be all that often. If you research using Google and find your issues to be longstanding ones, they're not likely to change :(

Probably do a Google search of 'surface pro 3 issues' or 'unresolved surface pro 3 issues' and set the duration option to 3 to 6 months, might give you some insight into what you can expect.

That's a common issue with the SP3 -- probably best to have it serviced by Microsoft :(

I tried Amiduos, while it was running my SP2 became so hot you could fry an egg on it -- does Bluestacks do the same thing?

In addition to their Surface line of detachables, Microsoft makes an operating system, Windows 10, which other manufacturers use in tablets, detachables, touchscreen PC's, etc. that were part of the survey. Sorry, it's not a debate -- it's the facts. Whatever you want to believe is fine, but...
