I am running two 24" 1920x1080 monitors plus the SP3's own screen and they are all working without a hitch. Both are connected using mini DisplayPort to HDMI cables, one from the docking station and the other from the SP3's built-in mini DisplayPort.

I've accidentally left my Note 3 (with a flimsy plastic case on it) in my back pocket and sat on it many times. It's still like new.

So they assigned a specific rep to my case. "Mary" contacts me via email every couple of days to follow-up and let me know what's going on. The process is still ridiculous, but at least I have a rep that knows the case and keeps in contact so I don't have to explain my situation 27 million times...

Shoot me now. I have to return the original, not the bogus replacement or they will charge me for the replacement. So I have to send back the one that is working good now and keep the crappy replacement unit. Then they will send me another replacement. This is a terrible customer service...

I've explained to MS support that I want to return the replacement unit instead of the original unit no less than 15 times to 3 representatives and they still don't get it. *sigh*

Spoke too soon. Just got the BSoD for DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE then locked up during reboot. Lovely.

My original SP3 is from lot 1427. The replacement was a refurb from lot 1423. The replacement is going back as it has more problems than my original.
