I don't know if it's the quality of the mic or Cortana, but she is not responding to 'Hey Cortana'. And sometimes when I click the mic button in the search box, she doesn't even respond or acknowledge my question. Also, is there a way to get her search results in Google?

Just got off chat with MS Support. I went into troubleshooting and systems and security and fix problems with windows update. It fixed two issues. Then i ran a check for windows updates and in the optional updates i was asked to check ALL optional files. The KB297... was on the list too. I...

Just ran the troubleshooter again and it says I am missing KB2976978 When I navigate to the page to get the update, it lets me add the update to my 'basket' but then no option to download? It's weird. It suggests I need to restart for the update to install but still nothing.

When you say reboot, do you actually mean rebooting everything or just a restart?

Ugh. For the last month my sp3 has been having trouble and dropping wifi (requiring a restart). I have restarted three times now and no wifi connection. Very frustrating

I've had issues where Onedrive doesn't sync properly - the MUI Onedrive app being the main culprit. I think it will eventually be ironed out and work a lot smoother... when it does i'll migrate everything to Onedrive. For the moment I flick between Onedrive, Dropbox and my Google+ photos...

Just having a look at my device on the MS site and it says my warranty expires January 2017. That is just over two years worth of warranty and am confused (not complaining!). My original Surface Pro 1 was the standard one year. I am in New Zealand by the way. Final question - is it possible...

I don't use too much solely in tablet mode, but I have grown accustomed to using the touch screen in combination with my keyboard. The only apps I really use are Flipboard, Twitter and News Bento, but even then I still use the keyboard in combination :)

MS are saying that it the speaker drivers are not properly aligned and I will have to do a refresh. Let's see.

I can't wait to see how streaming from Xbox One to SP3 will be once Windows 10 is released. When the main TV is taken, I need a good option for playing games and this will suit perfectly.
