I'm happier with 8.1 than 8. The addition of outlook allows me to access all my email servers. The time lag I experienced typing before has not been experienced since the upgrade. I'm really pleased with the upgrade.

Just performed the update, it updated painlessly and I like the look. Have to see how it works over time, but I'm thinking I'll be happy.

I got 29 updates too. It said it was up to date and had checked yesterday, I told it to check anyway and it came up with 29. Can't tell much difference, though. I thought the 8.1 update was coming sometime after the 15th.
