Got my new Surface today. When I opened a word processing screen it became apparent that there are four smudges on the glass, I'm assuming they are finger smudges, but they seem to be on the back of the glass, because they won't wipe off. Hope Best Buy is good with exchanges.

I was always going to get a cover, I thought it would have to be the Type Cover, but since the 64 gb version comes with the Touch Cover that's the one I got. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

So, I went to Best Buy today and bought my Surface. I got the 64 gb version. I expected, expect, a learning curve. The touch cover is going to take a little getting used to, but no more than any other new keyboard, I think. How do I turn off the click?

The Staples nearest me had a type cover on display. They were still working on their display, and the only Surface they had on display was attached to a touch cover. I was pleased with the way I could type on the touch cover.

Went to a local Staples today and there was no sign of it, plus the people were pretty busy, so I didn't ask about it. I'm hoping it will be here soon.

I prefer to leave my devices out of the bathroom, but maybe that's just me.

That's what the sales person said too. But I've always thought of internal memory as having an advantage. Maybe I'm wrong and need to learn to think differently. Plus, that would be less expensive.
