I've seen this when the temperature is too high. Seemingly it'll refuse to charge batteries if it's on with a too high temperature. (I think it's a reasonable precaution)

VT-d is completely useless on the Surface Pro unless you want to passthrough PCI devices. "Passthrough" here means _complete_ passthrough, i.e. the virtual machine gains access to the PCI card _instead_ of the host. Passthrough of PCI devices is not even implemented on Hyper-V client editions...

I know the official specs say TPM2, but let's be honest: the spec is written by MS itself. Most of the changes required are in the drivers or software. The TPM isn't even used in most configurations. I know its useless to ask, but now that MS has shown that they have done the required driver...
