I wouldn't bet the farm on that one. Like the SPro 2, I expect the SPro 4 to be a spec upgrade (Broadwell; perhaps USB 3.1; 512GB option for i5 and 1TB for i7) all in the same form factor. It will be the SPro 5 that sports an iPad Air thin form factor, with fanless design.

Agreed - there will always be a next better thing, and the SPro 3 will get the spec bump of Broadwell to glorify SPro 4 - just like there was an SPro 2. If you need one, and can really use one, get the SPro 3 that you need (i5 or i7) and don't look back.
