I have the same issues on my iPad using Safari. The page takes ages to load and jumps all over the place. No problems with IE MUI or IE Desktop on my Sp3 i7/256.

My Sp3 came with 80%+ out of the box. If you do a battery report it will tell you when it was first charged and information on what has happened since. Just type cud in the search box and in the command prompt dialogue box type: powercfg/battery report. Hope this is helpfull.

Each to his own and I guess everyone needs to buy and use what suits them. I personally like my Sp3, it's type cover and kick stand. For me the kick stand is one of my favourite features. I also like the fact that the keyboard and device can be separated when needed.
