Drawboard app handles that easily, but if legacy software is your thing, then Bluebeam Revu is a full feature software that does more than that. Also PDF Annotator is another good leagcy sw.

Anyone experiencing the notification and action center bug? Notifications freeze both the taskbar and action panel and needs a reboot. Sometimes though it refreshes by itself. Wonder if I should revert to the previous build and try updating once again.

Posted here too. The main update was the Intel HD graphics driver, though there were other cumulative updates. The graphics driver update failed to install on my SB and windows hello failed after that, but a restart or two fixed it and everything's fine again. Still couldn't install the HD...

Not sure I understand what you're explaining, but maybe you should disable drawing/writing with touch and make it pen only. I use OneNote on my S P 3 daily and touch never registers as drawing or inking, it just pans and scrolls the page. Sent from my SC-01F using Tapatalk
