Had a similar Logitech combo for a while now and even though it's quite nifty, the fact that it takes the only USB slot is a bigger hassle than I thought. Syncing my Iphone is a nightmare. Also since it's a Bluetooth device it might slow down your internet speed, like my bluetooth headphones...
