Thanks. I haven't changed the default settings that it's shipped with. I loose about 5-10% power overnight. Is that too much? If yes, what is normal?

I am not sure if this is the way it is supposed to work, but my SB will only 'wake' after a prolonged period of sleep after I press the Power button. Shouldn't it wake up as soon as I open it up, or is there a setting I can use to make it work as such? Thanks for any feedback.

Thanks, Mikeman, I will read it thoroughly. I also just realized another issue. When disconnecting my SB from the Surface Dock, the touchscreen on the SB stops working, and you have to re-set it to make it activate again. Pressing sleep button, closing lid, nothing works to make the touch...

I am having this same issue to. Not sure if there's a connection, but I noticed I always have Edge opened when it ocurrs. Anyone else? Pretty disheartening when you have active work windows open and you're reluctant to simply close your SB and carry on for fear you may not be able to wake it...

I find all of MS's 'metro' apps to be horrendous. They all seem to not work right.

I am typing on it now. It's absoltely a million times better than the old one. The INSERT key is there, the keys arent jarbled up together, it's much easier to type on and the tac feedback feels great... not to mention the other SIGNIFICANT improvement is the glorious touchpad.. It's so nice...

Interesting... See, the thing of it with mine is that I use it on a daily basis in a dock at the office - sometimes it's there for 8-9 hours charging, at 100%. Would be nice if they designed a 'smart' battery to refuse a charge if the PC determines it may be detrimental to the device...

Now, what could have caused this? I have been using a few after-market compatible chargers, however, and a high-capacity portable charger with various voltage/watt settings... But these all claim to be fully compatible with the SP3... Could any of them have been the culprit?
