has anyone else noticed that mouse and trackpad movement isn't as fluid as it used to be? Perhaps I'm just imagining it, but it seems to me that fine mose/trackpad movement is not what is was. I'm using the touch cover and the bluetooth surface arc mouse.

My regular complaint, they still haven't fixed IE to scale correctly when using a 1080p external monitor, it makes IE un-usable, when for the first time in many years I actually want to use it.

I think this might be a new addition to updates "for developers". When I click it, modern control panel crashes.

Actually I suspect this is because Cortana isn't available in my region (Australia, we do talk a bit funny), the icon likely has context.

Anyone else seeing issues with the setting for "Your PC has a precision touchpad" automatically disabling every time you enable it. I turn it on, windows turns it off.....repeat repeat.

Hold the phone, the outlook not indexing might not be an issue, limited testing shows new messages are getting indexed.
