I just got my second nib pack ( first one was a pen) and now finally, I got real 3x nib replacements.

In Europe this is not yet possible. Many of us "ordered" the replacement nibs and what we got is a brand new pen with a battery.

I don't exactly know what you mean but you can change between F1-12 and the Windows extra function buttons with pressing FN + caps lock.

This option will only prevent the device to be woken from Hibernation. What you want to do is block the wake-up while in connected standby. I don't know a way to do this.

Microsoft Germany now finally has replacement nibs aswell. I just ordered them for free from Surface Support.

Overall sounds like a defective unit and maybe also an defective type cover. I don't have all these problems.

My concern were for nothing. Connected Standby is definitely working. Went into connected standby with 46% and 13 hours later when I woke it up I had 44,3%.

Yes you will get a graphics control panel with this. I am testing it right now, but a little bit worried because of Connected Standby.
