Just updating my desktop using this process as I'm too impatient to wait for my reservation to become active.

I have no edge swiping either. All the other gestures work fine.

Managed to install the latest build on my desktop today, but it's now saying that it's not activated and keeps trying to get me to buy a key. I did a fresh install over the top of a legit copy on win 8 pro. Do you think it's because they took the previews offline today and are blocking new...

Have made a back up of iso. It failed on my desktop for some reason. Looks like it's gonna be a long night. Thanks again for your help.

I am part of the program on my sp3, but decided I want it on my desktop too. Seems like I'm too late unless I can somehow create an installation disk/usb?

Microsoft have removed the preview from their website as it's close to public release. Is there any other way I can install on my desktop machine?

On item control panel you can adjust settings to save battery life or push it to the max.

No problems here and you get extra power settings to play around with.

Manually installing the Intel drivers fixes the problem.

I have this happen on sp3 too. Doesn't bother me as I just use the power button.

I have 4071, but they are the drivers from Intel website.

Stock drivers vs Intel drivers were like night and day on my sp3. Maybe I have over sensitive eyes
