Exactly this. I had a few problems on my machine, so sent it back for a replacement. I did spend a few days trying to rectify things... but why bother? It's a brand new machine and under warranty so you're completely within your rights to ask for a free replacement. It sucks but hey, shit...

Received an email from customer support. It seems they've received it at least (although online tracking says they haven't) but they regret to inform me there's going to be a delay in sending me out a replacement! Lucky I've held on to my original Pro for the time being or I'd be screwing by now.

Got to say, I think this is hardware button. My original Pro power button acts funny and I've basically found the way to overcome it... press it really hard! And keep it held down for a second or two, so far it's been faultless like that.
