Looks like you can't find any SP3s 8gig 512gig. Are SP4's reliable enough for business? Will be used all over the world. Mostly Internet, email, & Office 365. I support all the micros where I work. I'm not looking for a big headache.

I wonder what normal symptoms are if you let you Surface battery go down to zero. I would assume you should be able to plug in a power adapter and have it boot up normally. I always plug mine in whenever I have AC near by so my battery probably rarely gets below 50 or 60 percent.

I don't have an answer for you but I know what you mean. When it's dark and you want to start typing and can't see the keys. What I have found helps is if you just touch the track pad, the keyboard will light up and you can see where to place your hands to start typing.
