Hi, So I got my Surface Pro 3 replacement today and so far the tingling on the back of it has gone, but it was intermittent on the last one so we'll have to see. There's no yellow band - yay. There is a bit more light bleed - boo but it only really shows up on the boot screen. But... my old SP3...

It went off this morning so all sent now it's now a case of wait and see. I miss it already, relegated to my Nexus 7.

I bought it from Microsoft store online so have no option but RMA. Fingers crossed it goes well.

Wow you guys are getting great battery life. Mine lasts 5 hours on a good day, just web browsing and similar. I wonder why it varies so much.

Functioning wise very few issues. I have the yellow band but it's being replaced so hopefully the new one won't, I have a weird tingling from it when charging but have been told by some it's normal and others it's dangerous so...., From a functional point of view my only real issue is battery...

Mine with yellow streak is lot 1433 and it has some light bleed too, so....

Hi I added it to the menu using Group Policy control, so it was on the power menu. Mine's being replaced anyway now, because of a couple of issues, not least of which the yellow band of doom. So I'll have to see how the new one goes when I get it.

OK well I rang Microsoft before I read the above two posts and they are exchanging my unit, mainly because of the yellow line on the screen lol I thought I might as well mention that at the same time as it's starting to bug me. I just hope I get a good replacement. Thanks for the replies guys...
