I couldn't get the bat to work and output to my desktop. Does it matter if I have more than one user profile? I tried running as admin no luck It's an SP3 with windows 10 installed.

I had the same problem with mine. I disconnected all peripherals from the back so I only had the power connector connected. It then worked and started downloading updates.
