It would have flopped. The basic problem with any Windows tablet is the GUI - people hate the tiles on top of the lack of apps. I used to be a big defender of the tiles 3 years ago, but no longer. It's just horrible design.

Weird, official reviewers were getting excellent battery life. Some were getting 12-13 hours. You should post a battery report.

I think in the next couple of years, Microsoft is going to take over the premium business laptop segment from HP/Lenovo/Dell and make some inroads on consumer against Apple.

If Edge can solve Chrome's memory-usage problem I'd consider switching over Chrome if it can reach feature parity.
