I will definitely upgrade to 10. I actually didn't have any issues with 8.1 at all and I've been using Windows since 98. But there are too many features in 10 that I like...so I'm diving headfirst. I use the pen on my SP3 heavily and really loike being able to write on web pages

I thought x86 apps refer to the more traditional desktop software and Metro People Apps are apps. That's what I meant....Metro People Apps isnt x86 software. Just asking for clarification.

I went to the web version of the People App and unlinked it there, and then did a reboot....after the reboot, I clicked on the People App and it worked.....problem is that facebook is no longer supported in this app. The App no longer syncs with facebook contacts, which sucks because that was...

The people app has started crashing a few days ago....i uninstalled and reinstalled already, but no such luck. I click on the tile, and it goes full screen for one second and then back to the start screen.

Thanks Jakey...I'm just an amateur....there are a few folks here who have done some amazing work (vxm for one). I'm hoping this thread gets a bit livelier....so im going to add some drawings periodically.

Lol I hate clutter on my desk so it's usually pretty clean. Yes, I have been sketching a lot on my surface and love it.

i don't go anywhere without my Surface. Use it to write with, take notes, and draw. Its amazing. But here it is on my desk....clearly I dont know how to play this game haha
