Definitely return it. It may be something as simple as the Display driver causing it to crash, but overall if you're having issues this early, just return it and avoid all the hassles. I'm returning my SP4 today...for the 2nd time for various issues.

Hilarious!! Same here, I think there is a 2-5 second delay from when you push the power button for it to actually do anything. It is a change from the SP3, but once you understand the delay, it seems to work fine.

I posted this to their forum first. Hope to drum up support here as well. Even though it was a slightly awkward look, the power cover greatly helped on the battery life of the Sp3 when needed.

I've had the same same issue. This is definitely a SP4 issue more so than previous versions. I swapped out my first SP4 and the second was better until the final update of windows 10 and it started having the same issue. May take this one back in the next couple of weeks as well.

first Video Lockup today in Edge on video. Flash is integrated into Edge, so that may be an issue.

Are you near a MS store? It takes 20 minutes top to replace, another hour or so to reload and your done, Not near a MS Store then Call support and they will have it next day at your door. Don't get stuck with a bad batch and regret it later.

I replaced my I7 with another and it works perfectly So for. I'm really convinced that there were bad batches the first few Weeks. Everyone who returned them recently has had much better Luck. Stop troubleshooting and replace it with the newer batches and start Working.

Reloading will work for those with time and patience. for the rest of us that have work to do, take the SP4 back and get one that works. Worked So far for me.
