Yes the warranty on each device, keyboard, etc., is tied to the device itself so all they would have to do is register it using their Microsoft account.

News to me! Though I was talking about a phone working on CDMA and GSM without switching sim cards out (ala roaming). I doubt there is at this point. Also no one said LTE was CDMA only.

CDMA =/ GSM CDMA is Sprint and Verizon GSM is T-Mobile and AT&T There won't be a single device capable of LTE that can access CDMA and GSM networks.

Looks like yours was dropped at that specific point as there appears to be some paint loss. Quite an odd place to have a dent given it's so close to the glass.
