Microsoft will give me $400.00 for my SP3 to trade in for an SP4. It is a very tempting offer, but I'm not sure it's really worth it. I'm eyeing the 999.00 i5 model. Would you do it?

I have the new Surface Pro typecover, and I'm using it with my SP3 with Win 8.1. I've had no problems at all.

We have one SP3, and two Surface 3's. (one is my daughter's) I use them both all the time because my Surface 3 is LTE.

I just picked up a Samsung Gear S too. It was a great deal, and I couldn't pass it up. I feel a bit guilty, but not even the new Band can be a stand alone smartphone. I think there is a place in my life for both. :)

I just got my Surface back from the MSFT store. Had to leave it there a couple days so they could roll it back to Win 8.1 for me.

I have experienced the same with my SP3 and S3's. I just recently got my S3 through AT&T, and couldn't figure out why I hated it so much. It only has 2G of RAM. I will be exchanging it this Thursday for the 128/4GB model. I am hoping for better performance as I am used to my SP3 i5. I don't...

I also get a MSFT call center and have to ask for the store when I call. It's annoying. It's like you say, a few employees standing around doing nothing when you get there, and a couple were busy playing Rock Band at the front of the store when I was there Friday afternon. o_O

I had to leave my SP3 at the MSFT Store, and they said it won't be ready for about 3 days. They are really backed up rolling back lots of PC's to Win 8.1 apparently. Why am I not surprised. They were touting Windows 10 so much at the press conference, but it's just not ready. Too many bugs...
