Means this below Exactly, the swipe up screen is the lock screen, but if you dont have it lock or password protect or whatever swipe up just lets you in, same as if it hasn't timed out yet Mind you it doesn't go to that screen every time

Mine somewhat did. Still isn't locking but it brings me back to the lockscreen

I wanted to chime in on this sleep discussion. I have seen mixed results but I just took a trip and my SP3 was in sleep and unplugged from about 10am yesterday until now and the lock screen came up, I have reported some times it doesn't, but also my battery was at 69%. Nothing else turned off...

Mine has been generally solid. No worse than on W8.1 in the recent builds. I think it says 4+ hours at 100% brightness.

I wouldn't say that. I am having a bug in tablet mode where when swipe in the action center sometimes the quick actions aren't there.

This is definitely one we should have already
