Just a thought, why don't you post your applications installed (right click the windows button, program and features) and share those screen captures to see what's installed. Then open the task manager (right click empty space in the bar and click task manager) and share processes (all of them)...

I can't say Chrome is a problem for me. I get 6-7 hours of use. Always minimum 5 and I pretty much ALWAYS have Chrome open. :S You must have something else going on to kill it in just a few hours.

There is still a while before shipping, and from what I hear, MS is taking feedback seriously. I'd comment it and leave feedback, ask others to do the same, and they might change it!

It's good to hear that Windows 10 is running well (generally speaking) on our SP2s! I can't wait. If I didn't need my SP2 to be reliable and solid on a daily basis... I'd totally take the plunge! :)

I don't know what I did but I got it finally. I can say that I ran windows update a few more times, I added the keyboard a few more times, downloaded some language packs and then voilà , it worked for some reason. But it's still Microsoft IME. But I guess that's how it's supposed to work...
