I just bought a sp3 i7 but i see on the box that it is batch 1429... i heard that this batch had problems.. should i return it immeditatly before opening it and ask for another batch model ?

Why would he lie about the 3D printed fan ? (I suppose that he printed the yellow thing and bought the fan. Not print the fan obviously)

So, the i7 IS actually faster than the i5 ? in theory I know that it is. But in real life (with the design of the SP3 and the heat), I fear that it is not... (I read some posts on forums that the i5 run as the same speed as the i7)

So, at the moment, the i5 is faster than the i7 ? (I will buy the SP3 next week and I still can't choose between the i5 and the i7. I have the money. I just want the fastest)

Did you find a way to create a fan that doesn't bloc the usb ? Or, anyway, a way to cool down he SP3 ?

So, with the i7, we will always hear the fan more than the i5 ? I'm asking because I heard that the fan can be very loud (too loud). I still didn't choose if I go for the i7 or i5.. (money is not the probelm. But i want power for adobe cc without an excessive fan noise)
