Thanks for the post. The writes are a bit better probably due to more NAND cluster. In real life, it's actually bottlenecked by the CPU when performing compressing and decompressing files.

My 3 year old SP3 still works as good as new. I'm currently on the latest Surface Pro and so far everything works as expected.

Zero problems with the Surface Pro here with Sculp Comfort mouse, docked (the older Surface Pro 3 Dock if that makes a difference) or not. Never had a WiFi or Bluetooth dying on me. Happy to report that I do not have the backlight bleed on the edge!

No need to tinker power plans for me since I use a different spotify app that allows streaming and playback while on connected standby! However, I found out that it doesn't buffer songs while on connected standby so it stops playing after song is finished.

I would try deleting all of driver files then install an older driver and see if it helps.
