Make sense, my sp3's usb 2.0 doesn't work maybe because of this, when replacement one is coming, I will use the new one that MS gave to me long time ago.

I love it , it's great ?lots of gestures, but my thumb hurts again, last time I took an injection to fix my thumb which cost me $25,I think I will dumb it then get Logitech MX Master Instead, it's a little big though, but for my finger , no choice.

I saw the rules is that MS will check your Sp3 first, then you can buy complete, I don't think they saw a broken screen , they will let you buy complete.I'm that kind of person never buy insurance, if you lose, you are unlucky, don't want to pay any more except Sp3

you can ask MS support ,they can give you a new one

I have this problem is because I. Jailbreak my ip5, for that I have to downgrade iTunes to ver. 12.0,then I can jailbreak it, after that in a day , I found sp3 can't recognize my iPhone, whatever I tried to fix it, no luck.

The support is good, but the quality is so bad, only 1 year it doesn't work.

MS support in Canada is great ,last time they gave a free charger, this time will exchange my SP3 plus a free pen.
