Is there an APP for that? The surface has wifi but not cellular. I looked at SMS mySMS but they don't seem to be the right tools. I see a lot of reference to his ability on the web (PCmag for example.) Thx!

Hi I am looking for a photo editing app, in the Store or other, that is robust enough to include a lasso selection tool and yet run on the Surface 3 (max storage and memory). Anyone working with such an app? Forever grateful, V.
